TITAN Personal License Terms and Conditions:

By purchasing and using the TITAN Personal License, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Personal Use Only

The TITAN Personal License is for personal use only. You may not use TITAN Products for commercial or business purposes, including but not limited to reselling or distributing TITAN Products.

2. Access Restrictions

TITAN Personal License holders do not have access to the TITAN Reseller Masterclass or TITAN A.I, which are restricted to Reseller and Master Reseller License holders only.

3. Non-Transferable License

The TITAN Personal License is non-transferable and is valid only for the specified individual. You may not transfer, sublicense, or assign the license to any other individual or entity.

4. Intellectual Property

The TITAN Products, including but not limited to all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of TITAN.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

TITAN Products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

TITAN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use TITAN Products.

7. Termination

TITAN reserves the right to terminate the TITAN Personal License if you breach any of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Upon termination of the license, you must immediately cease all use of TITAN Products and destroy all copies of TITAN Products in your possession.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

9. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and TITAN with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

TITAN reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing and using the TITAN Personal License, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
