TITAN Master Reseller License Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and using the TITAN Master Reseller License, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reselling TITAN Products

The TITAN Master Reseller License authorizes you to resell TITAN Products to your customers. You are responsible for ensuring that your customers comply with the terms and conditions of the TITAN Personal License.

2. Access to TITAN Reseller Masterclass and Private Label Rights

As a TITAN Master Reseller License holder, you have access to the TITAN Reseller Masterclass and can resell TITAN Products with Private Label Rights. The TITAN Reseller Masterclass provides training on how to effectively market and sell TITAN Products.

3. Lifetime Access to TITAN A.I

TITAN Master Reseller License holders have lifetime access to TITAN A.I. TITAN A.I is a suite of tools designed to help you optimize your marketing campaigns and increase sales.

4. Reselling the Resellers License

4.1 Pricing for Bundle Sales by Master Resellers

Holders of the TITAN Master Reseller License are granted the authority to set their own pricing for individual products offered under the TITAN Reseller License. However, should a Master Reseller choose to sell a bundle that comprises 50% or more of the products available, the pricing for such bundles must never be lower than the following:

Reseller License Bundle: $77.00 (USD) or equivalent.
Master Reseller License Bundle: $157.00 (USD) or equivalent.

Failure to adhere to this pricing policy may result in the immediate termination of your license and may subject you to potential legal action.

4.2 Responsibility for Customer Compliance

TITAN Master Reseller License holders are responsible for ensuring that their customers comply with the terms and conditions of the TITAN Reseller License when purchasing products through their reselling activities.

5. Non-Transferable License

The TITAN Master Reseller License is non-transferable and is valid only for the specified individual or entity. You may not transfer, sublicense, or assign the license to any other individual or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

The TITAN Products, including but not limited to all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of TITAN.

6.1 Replication of Website Content and using TITAN's links

No images, wording, or any other content from our website may be taken, replicated, or used in any manner that suggests ownership or association without explicit written consent from TITAN. We provide all the relevant tools and resources to enable you to create your own unique products using our various AI applications, which are provided to you free of charge as part of your Master Reseller License. These tools are designed to empower you to offer distinct and valuable products to your customers while respecting our intellectual property rights and terms of use. You MUST not use TITAN's links to sell your products. These links are for TITAN to deliver the product to you as our customer. You must set up your own links to your own products.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TITAN Products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

TITAN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use TITAN Products.

9. Termination

TITAN reserves the right to terminate the TITAN Master Reseller License if you breach any of the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Upon termination of the license, you must immediately cease all use of TITAN Products and destroy all copies of TITAN Products in your possession.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

11. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and TITAN with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

TITAN reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By purchasing and using the TITAN Master Reseller License, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
